Hunts..
what a transformation...its a great feeling when you finish and go for that first drive and look in the reflections of shop fronts and see how wonderful the car looks on the road.
I spent a similar time on my 65...3 nights a week for 3 years...would do it all over again..
Cheers wayne
Landon,
How about some shots of your engine compartment. I think it is one of the more beautiful parts of your car. I especially like your engine color.
Its...so....beautiful! I want mine to look just like that some day. Good Job!
-David
Nice job Landon. It is cool to see it finally finished after following the restoration for so long!
THank you all for taking the time!
Landon
Wish I knew a way to post this one largely...
That's a work of art. You've taken a good looking car, and turned it into an outstanding looking car.
I'm humbled.
Fantastic job Landon, It is beautiful
I'm at awe at your talent and your perserverance
Now it's gonna snow tomarrow - LOL
Outstanding job. The pride you took in the resurrection clearly shows in the details of the car. I'm positive that the car is even more stunning in person. Great job. Your post has given me new hope to see my 65 once again in all it's glory.
Man, that is one beautiful car! I've followed the agony and ecstasy of your posts regularly. The result is incredible! Congratulations!!!
Landon,
Very nice looking MGB. Your attention to detail really stands out. Great Job!
Ray
VERY NICE!!!!! Thats the same color I want for my engine. I just can't imagine waiting that long, though!
peace, Kyle
What a transformation! Looks good. You can use photobucket to post huge pics, just put the link to them in your post.
Beautiful car Landon, gives us all something to strive for!
Very very nice. The only thing you need now is a set of the classic steel wheels. ; )
Glen
Landon,
Thanks for all the questions along the way and the posts of the finished product. I've learned a great deal from your project and this post gives me continued insipiration.
Regards,
Greg.
Let me see if I've got this right. You, among many other things, converted a rubber bumper to a chrome bumper MGB? My hat is off to you, Landon. That's a mighty fine looking little machine!
Nice work, as everyone has previously stated! Trophy worthy, although modified. What a head turner, enjoy that sweet ride!
Landon, it looks like I was the first one to answer you... kinda funny.
Your final result sure looks great!
Beautiful, Landon. Great colour combination. Now get off the computer and put some miles on her!
Very nice job, Landon. Now you can relax and just drive it.
What a super job you have done with this car. Its better than when it was shipped from the factory. You should be proud of your work on this car.
I can relate to your thrill of completing a task like this and now you get to enjoy everyone's well deserved compliments.
It is going to be a trophy winner .... once the show organizers figure out what class to put it in to.
Well Done Landon.
Top notch and beautiful. Now go show that baby! Nothing like the feeling you get when a stranger wants to take pictures of your pride and joy. Nice job!!
Mike
Wow that is beautiful.
Now can you tell me what the highlite and the lowlite was for you on this restoration?
