For 3 weeks...!! Drs orders! Broke my foot! Bodacious big splint would detract from heel and toe capability! Rats!:(

How did you manage to break your foot...or should I ask??
Maybe Mother Nature will accomodate and deal out some crappy weather so that missed days wont feel so bad??

Actually on the coast run with other MGE folks last friday. Thought it was just a sprain, but got worse.

I feel your pain. I was down 2 years ago for more 12 weeks in a caste and then walking boot due to a severely torn up achilles. Hang in there, it will heal.

Sorry to hear that - tell them that you were hang gliding,or something cool,
when people ask how you hurt yourself.
