I've decided that the Rustoleum brand garage floor paint is probably the way I'm going to go.
However, checking out their web site (and pamphlets in the store) they also make an industrial grade floor paint. The difference (from what I can read) is the regular stuff is water based and the "industrial" stuff is solvent based.
So I called Rustoleum to see what's the difference. The customer service rep tells me that the industrial strength stuff is much better, and that's what they've been told to recommend instead.
I asked where it can be found and she said any Home Depot, or Loews.
Unfortunately, both of those place do not stock it (although both said they could order it, and it'll be a week, to 6 weeks).
So, it's time to start looking for the industrial strength stuff!

Steve,
Here's some info on the two sealer used in our new house. The one in the garage is VOCOMP-20 Sealtight by W.R. Meadows of Canada. It is a water based acrylic sealer. This one was highly recommended by our foundation contractor. The sealer used in the house on the main floor was Day-Chem Cure & Seal by Dayton Superior, Kansas City, KS. This is a semi-gloss, clear sealer which quickly off-gassed a lot of xylene while curing. The Day-Chem seems like a really tough finish. It looks great in our house. The only draw back is in places where the power trowel didn’t quite whip it into shape and the concrete is a bit porous, the concrete just absorbs the sealer, and needed an additional coat.
