Very ghoul....I'm mean cool. I used to have great fun on Halloween down South when I lived in an active subdivision. Where I live now, I'm not on anyone's trick or treat route. My stuff was not as great as your stuff. (Sounds like George Carlin).

That's excellent! I would love to go all out like that but we live in the country and only get three kids each year.

We don't decorate at all but put the lights on and hand out goodies to all who ring the bell. We get between 120 and 200 kids each year, depending on the weather. This year, about 125. We live in a developed subdivision with quite a few young families, but I swear that some parents buss their kids in. I enjoy talking and having a bit of fun with the younger neighbourhood kids, not so much with the older teens with pillowcases full of goodies.

Klutz..........we had one boy, 7 or 8, dressed as a hockey referee. I asked him if he'd ref'ed any Leafs games. He just rolled his eyes and said, "Ahhh no!!!, they suck!"

My stepson lives on a golf course and would have a haunted house. It would take in a small part of the golf course. No one ever bothered to take pics. People would stop by to ask if he is having it each year, as it was becoming a tridition. That was before and for several years after his sons were born. Now his boys are "to old" for that kind of stuff...

I once got a car tag at the DMV with the number of a man on it - swapped it for another....

Thanks for your kind words everyone. we only get around 40 - 50 kids but the neighbours all love what we do...and it is fun. I like it better than Xmas decorating.. with halloween it goes up a week ahead of time and comes down on nov 1. quick and easy
