MGB: needed, piston 79' Midget

I'm sure this engine has never been apart but one of the pistons has been machined inside to lighten up, I guess, while the others were'nt. Any way, I need a good standard piston for my 79', 1500 that has not been machined.

is that the 7.5 to 1 type...which one do you need.
