He is still dealing with a battery dieing issue. I was chatting with him this AM but I am NOT the person to talk to about that issue and I had to leave for a rescue call.

I'm still tryign to find out what the main problem is jsut been so busy. Work and I'm seeing so one now.
Take away my internet they can try.

Batt dying after it has been parked or when you're running (or immediately after running)?

If after parked, you have a short somewhere, if while running or immediately after running, it won't restart, sounds like an alternator not keeping you charged. But don't rule out a bad battery, even if it's new - unusual, but it does happen.
