ok i got a set of poly bushings it comes with lubricant what parts do i put the grease on inside where the pivot is or on the outside or both didnt come with instructions jsut fro the sway bar....will be tackleing this over the weekend

Both surfaces inside/outside, on the bushing. It will help it seat into position.
the less squeaks you want, the more of that grease you should use.
Also, Its a good idea to remove any loose paint or rust from the surfaces. I cleaned mine good with mineral spirits and 0000 steel wool.

Even thought these are suppose to be fully floating, I loaded before tightening. Can't hurt.

You can tighten the front end poly bushings before loading, but you must load the rear leafsprings before tightening. Thats if you replaced the rear!
