MGB: Project car anyone?

Okay guys, I've come to realize over the last little while that my 1958 MGA project is going nowhere fast. Essentially what has happened is that my priorities for that particular car have changed a bit, and also my job has become a lot more demanding of my time. Those of you who are Chefs at a fairly high level restaurant will understand. Add to that the new house doesn't have a garage, and what do you get- me, a tired and overworked guy out in the cold and rain whenever I can manage it, working on a car that will never be finished and gradually growing to resent it.
So, to make a long story short, I think that my best course of action is to simply buy a completed car that I can actually enjoy, and pass along mine to someone who can put the time into it. Which, in a roundabout way is the same as asking if any of you would be interested in taking it off my hands.
First of all- it's not a dog. I've gotten as far as the chassis and mechanicals, and here briefly are the specs- MGA 1500 with 5-main MGB engine, aluminum head, 3-synchro overdrive transmission, front disc brake conversion using MGB calipers, rear telescopic shocks, sway bar, Minilites, new wiring harness, alternator, Lucas sport coil. Most of the key mechanical components are less than five years old, but bear in mind that they will have been sitting for the last two. Newish tan leather interior with nominal wear, and a small tear on the back of the driver's seat. That's the good.
Now for the bad. The car is Iris Blue, but that won't matter as the body is shot anyways. The only panel I would consider re-using is the hood. The good news is that is the only panel you would have to re-use, because I have sourced a front clip, rear clip, doors and dash which are all straight and relatively rust-free. Also I have four brand new, in-the-box, fiberglass fenders.
Someone with some spare time would be able to make a nice car out of all this, I just don't have the time, skills, or room to tackle the bodywork myself, and that, as they say, is that. So, come on, don't be shy, if anyone is interested get in touch with me. I honestly don't know what the fair market value for this Pandora's box is, but there is value here, so please don't offer anything too ridiculously low. Thanks, and over to you.

Nick, It too far away for me but, its probably the best thing for you to do.
Wait till retirement to build a car and buy a driver you can enjoy now.
Best of luck.

Retirement seems an awful long way away!

Nick, Too bad, but as you know, I JUST bought a project. Maybe when I'm done
you might be interested in my current 59., as it will be for sale then.
You or John Larsen (Right John?)
Cheers, Steve

Yes, Steve, I had to chuckle when I read your post about a week ago, as I was rolling this around in my head!

Nick, sounds like the big stumbling block is the amount of body work required. Would it make any sense to have that done by 'others', to some basic standard, and then get the car back some time later for completion? Just asking.....seems you have a fair amount into it already....Ralph
