When I first posted this picture there were some suggestions to remove the "finger slicer" since there are two OEM fans. Since I was taking off the drive belt tonight just to give it a good inspection I decided to remove the water pump fan as suggested.
First off... I discovered that three of the four screws holding it on had 7/16 bolt heads while the third was 10mm. What are the supposed to be? Two of them seem to have crushed threads (the 7/16 ones) so I have to replace them.
Second...When putting the pulley back on I'm guessing I will need some sort of spacers to make up for the thickness of the fan right? Because when I tightened up the bolts that are still good until they were almost tight the pulley wouldn't turn anymore.
Thanks,
Kevin

Kevin. The bolts holding the pulleys to the pump are 7/16" UNF. Buy four new ones that are 3/4" long along with four lock washers.
