After spening a couple with a hammer, chisel, and a air cutting tools, I got the outer rocker off the left side of my B.

As I turned to put all the tools back on my workbench
I looked directly at my air chisel!

Now that I think of it, should I have used that air chisel, or do they general not powerful enough to break the welds?

I would look now, myself, but I'm at work, and it's really starting to bug me.

Thanks!

Tim

Depends on your air chisel. Mine will go through most welds and sheet metal like soft butter. You need to be a little careful though, when it comes to disassembly like your talking about it's easy to distort the structure of whats left making it hard to line up new parts. If your taking the whole assy. out for replacement ( recommended, it's not often they rust on one side), then whack away.
