The seat slider on the driver's side keeps popping out on the inboard track next to the tunnel. How do I get it back in and do it so it stays in?

Loosen the cap screws holding it to the floor, push the rail toward the tunnel and hold it there while you re-tighten the two bolts.

If you have repro sliders then that may be your problem. I installed new floor sliders and the seat felt loose. Then it just came loose. I installed originals and all was good. If thats you problem PM me and I can send you some originals cheap! Bob

Those sliders are a "captured fit" if installed properly as a unit.
Lube sliders with anti seize on metal to metal surfaces and
problems solved forever..
