MGB: Seats from a 78 MGB

I changed seats in my 78 B and was thinking of selling them. The problem is I don't have a clue what a set of seats are worth. The drivers seat is a little more worn than the passenger one. Another problem is shipping because I live in southeast Kansas which is about 10,000 miles from anywhere!!! Anyone got any ideas about the cost and shipping for these seats? Thank you
