i've never heard of this. does it go between the bars and material? under the bars? if you use your top a lot it looks like it might cut down on noise.
(then again, it is from Canada, so who knows that those crazy Canadians think up!)

Sure would make it tough putting the top down. I wasn't aware that convertable tops made any noise.
