MG MGB and MGB GT Tech Talk
i am going to be going to SO CAL ( SAN DIEGO, MIRAMAR AIR STATION) with the military reserves for my 2 week duty during the latter part of JAN... i will be driving my MG down to enjoy the weather, as comapred to what i have now... are there any good shops down in this area that anyone can reccomend in case i have problems with it, that i can not do, or have time due to work constarints and not having all my stuff....

When are you coming down? I am a Instructor at Marine Recruiters school in San Diego, MCRD. I have a 1970 MGB. I have a few people that work on my car. If you need some help just let me know.

I am coming down approx 22 Jan- 8 Feb, 2000... i will coming from HAFB, UT.. and will be out at MIRAMAR AIR STATION... we were told we would be staying downtown somewhere... i am going to be picking up my B , supposedly this weekend after a MAJOR EXTENSIVE engine overhaul, and will be breaking it before embarking on the trip from SLC, UT to San Diego...
i will be bringing my BENTLY's, and also some rudimentary tools... but i wanted to get "hooked up" in case there is some things i am unable to do, while staying...
