MGB: Spreading Democracy

How are we as a country supposed to spread democracy to other nations when we here in the US do not like ours? Meaning the right doesnt like the left no matter what they do and the left doesnt like the right. How are we supposed to take our form of democracy and force it on people who dont want it? Our democracy has this country split in 2. Our democracy has corruption at every level, and on both sides. I know many here only think of the other side as corrupt. So how are we supposed to sell this to other people?
