Just changed the oil in "B", and have always had a small leak? This time it was more then small!
I thought, well its a bad filter--bought a cheap fram and put on, same thing?
Took oil hose off-[original] and oil filter mount--no seal! This is where my leak was.
Must have jarred it when changing filters. Oil mount seems to be quite lite, cast aluminum. Do they come in a heavier cast, as it seems pretty low budget to use a part so important, made that way.
New hose ordered[steel-braided] and seal with the bells and whistles.
Any thoughts appreciated?
Cheers

They all are made from a low grade aluminum casting and hold up fine. Its the same 2xxx grade alloy that the distributor and alternator are made of. Congrats on getting to the bottom of your leak!
