how do i get them to go tight to the wishbone?or do they stay loose.cheers

Why wont they tighten? Are the threads messed up? rusty? You better get them tight or clunk clunk. Get the threads very clean, use a little WD40 on threads only for installation, press in on forward part of link (knobby end) while tightening. They can spin something like a tie rod end sometimes but I also think that indicates a worn link.
