I really like the silver grey finish on the spokes - they retain some of the look from the silver grey wires. The polished chrome around the lip really sets them off. I mounted the 15 X 6 rims on a set of Sumitomo HTR 200 choosing to go with the taller (by 3/4" over the 60) 195-65-15 tires. I find these tires really grab the road. The tires and new rims are really smooth and vibration free right on up to 70 mph. What an improvement new technology does for an older car. I retained the wire wheel rear axle and used 1/4 " spacers purchased from Jeff Schlemmer - two on the right side and one one the left to put the wheels in the exact spacing as with the wires in relation the fenders. No clearance issues. Thanks also Jeff for the tip on which studs to order.
Thanks Hap - pleasure doing business. Really impressed with the quality of these wheels, and the lug nuts look great, too.

I had my car on the highway yesterday, going to birthday dinner. It was the first time with the new VTO wheels. I had it up to 75 with no vibration or shake, a big improvement over the rostyle wheels.

My only complaint is that the nuts take a metric wrench!!! They are 1/2-20 english threads, but metric wrench on the outside. Now I have to carry a metric wrench for the new nuts, and an english wrench for the original nuts for the rostyle spare.

Thats wierd, I'll look into that, the ones on my car take a 3/4" socket.
