There is a fine line between good and gooder. I adjusted the float a 1/16â raising the gas level in the chamber a tad, sure runs gooder.
I rebuilt the brake power booster, the brakes really are doing well, but I have the hood off and can really hear the vacuum working when I do brake. Just during the braking, should I be hearing that? I donât think I ever had a booster really working in the past, so this is a new experience.

You're problbly hearing the "breathing" open side of the diaphram area. Older farm type trucks with vacuum booster brakes used to have the breather pipe ran into the cab with an air filter on it and you could hear them very clearly. If the brakes are working right it ain't broke so don't fix it again.
