Good Morning,

Has anybody purchased a top from e-bay, they are tempting at $230. but how is the quality and do they come reafy to install?

Interesting that the years run from 63-80. There is a difference in fit thru the years. They are not all the same If your car has the Michelotti (sp) frame, 71-80, you can use the top that has the zip out rear window. That model top will not fit properly on earlier scissors frames & stow away frames. Pre 1971 tops are not avaiable with zip out rear windows. My current top is a Crown Top, and it came with the fasteners attached. It has been a good top, nine years old now and needs to be replaced probably next year. The car was never garaged and had to live in the South Florida hot, rainy & humid environment all of those nine years and five hurricanes. My car is a 69 and I use the Michelotti frame. It originally had the scissor frame, but I wanted to have a zip-out rear window so I swapped out the frames.
