Some of you may recall that awhile ago I posted about an upcoming trip my wife and I were about to take.
Well, we got back last night and I gotta tell you....it was great!
We flew into Barbados on 18 February. Drank a few days there. Then took a Liat prop job to Canouan Island in the Grenadines to pick up the 50' catamaran my brother-in-law (my wife's boss) had chartered for two weeks. He's a licensed captain and there wre two other couple along. So, for two weeks we sailed up to St. Vincent, down to Petite St. Martinique and hit all the islands in between.
Weather was perfect. Mid 80s in the day, mid 70's with nice breezes at night.
Here'a a link to a photobucket slideshow I hastily put together from more that 600 pics we took.
Grew a beard, drank too much, ate stuff I didn't know what it was and as they say in the islands...."It's all good mon, all level."

...great photos, great scenes, lovely water....just fabulous shots.... you are one lucky fella...but......who are all the old guys that kept gettin in the photos???
I've got a separate flash drive of the beach beauties that I'm still editing. No old guys visible.
Real tough to come back, but good to be home anyway.
Great stuff! Must be a bit of a rude shock, coming back to reality. I think I would have stayed and lived on the beach. :drinking:
Great Pics! I lived in the caribbean for 2 years, looked just like that. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like a great trip. We just returned from two weeks in Tahiti, it rained most of the time after the Tsunami scare. But we had fun anyway.
