Actually, it is NOT the original car launched from the plane....That one did not fair so well and landed upside down...compressed it several inches.

If it's a colour photo, why is it shown in black and white???
Perhaps it is car #2, which did survive the drop although a hole was punched in the oil pan and they had to edit the video to remove the trail of oil across the desert behind the car.
Wonder what ever happened to car #2? We all know what hapened to car #1.
