Anyone have a source for tune up specifications for a '63 122? My search on internet has produced very little, useable info. Earliest source in my library is a Chiltons which goes back to 'early '70s
It has SU carbs and points distributor. I need timing, point gap, plug gap, etc.
I would rather start with close proximities rather than guessing. The SUs shouldnt be a problem except maybe float level. They look like HS4 so I can handle that part. Also, this car has a mechanical fuel pump with adjustable pressure regulator.
Any idea of what setting to use? Since SU carbs, I suppose 2-3 lbs would be safe?

Thanks,
RobS

Don't really know anything about the link. Just the result of Googling "Volvo 122 Forum".

Derek took the time to locate specs from an old Mitchel book he had in a cardboard box! Top notch Derek, thanks for taking the time and going the extra mile.
