I bought this from Britek in 2001 (it got caught in the no-fly period following 9/11 sio I remember when I got it<G>). I used it while I had SUs rebuilt and it went on for a few years later after an engine rebuild. Finally i put a set of HS4s on and the Weber was removed.
It is manual choke. Uses stock choke cable. If you have a newer car w/no provision for manual choke, you'd either have to install a cable to wait for an automatic choke device.
It is as jetted by Brittek. (now I've spelled it another way, hopefully one is correct<G>)
I did modify the throttle cable attachment to allow full throttle (the way it came did not allow this). Has a new extra throttle cable as well. Complete with air cleaner. No pics.
$225 + shipping.
