Can anyone tell me if a Weber 32/36 water choke can be converted to a manual choke, and if so is it worth it and is it hard? It appears when the original conversion was made the choke was plummed incorrectly...

I don't know much about the conversion, but if you do an "Advanced" search" (select at top right corner of page) for "Weber Carb Conversion" for all dates you'll see a lot of posts.

Hope that helps.

Yes. There are kits available--I converted my 38DGAS form water/electric with no problem. I can't remember who, but Pierce Manifolds comes to mind. I searched for Weber choke conversion and came up with the site. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses!
Actually did a bit more research last night and found a post by Peter Cummings with a photo that showed exactly the same set-up I have. Must be right so think
I'll leave well enough alone for now and move on to more pressing needs....replacing interior and upgrading suspension.
