Brad,

I think those are for the rear end to leaf spring connection. I believe they are use to center the rubber pads (or urethane) as you put it all back together.

It's been a while though

They are about 4" long. 2" of threads about an 1" of shoulder and then the top

Like the others have said They look to me Like centering bolts for the leaf springs to axle. part number 320 468 Moss catalog Page 50. You should be able to get these at a spring service repair garage.
