Well, the red wire is grounded, where does the green wire go?

It's actually an air pump since it goes directly to the horns and not to an air tank. Judging from the black top I'd guess it's a Hella brand pump, Maybe a Fiaam since it has a red body.

Looks like my horns which are Fiaam- nice and loud by the way reminds those dumb a-- in the SUV's that I am there

judging by the slotted screw for the ground wire it has been there awhile.
