The VIN Decoder located in the Library Section puts this particular VIN as a 1971.

Any chance the hood is descent? That is, if a '71 hood works for a '63B.

The 985.5 ,I think the only diff erence between that and the 985 was they converted to rubber mid year. Yeah they got rid of the stone wheels im sure.

You'll get a steel hood rather than an aluminum one but if you're not set on originality, that won't be a problem. It'll fit. Add a set of Rick Ingram's gas hood struts and you're set.
