I want to remove a splined wheel hub. What are the steps for removal and replacment?

1974. I am working to replace all four bolt ons with wire wheels. I have picked up and old wire rear axle and front hubs. So I am starting with the fronts ones.

Here is a video of the front hub explained by John Twist.
