I have to work friday, so I will probably be home and able to spectate that weekend. Turkey Bowl has been a great event for spectating, no matter what you like. I remember when they started having a run group for legends cars, and lots of drivers were NOT road racers. It is primarily a low pressure last chance to run the cars before winter. Yes, it can be cold. More often it is crisp autumn weather and the event often ended when everyone was too tired to race any more. It is the most low key event you will ever attend, this side of a LeMons race.
SPR also has a "new" rental kart facility tucked in back between the Jefferson and Shenandoah circuits that is alot of fun, and will most likely be open during the race weekend.
