Apparently Hanna has been downgraded to a T.S.. T.S.'s Ike and Josephine are out there lurking.... This sucks....

The 2 years prior the NWS predicted the worst Huricanes seasons. They predicted a moderate season this year. So much for NWS knowing anything.
