Hey everybody?! Who makes the wind blocker on this site again? I can't find the old post? I would like to contact the guy and find out again, about his creation? Thanks, Dan

I have one, makes freeway driving easy on the head, that is back of your head.
A lot cheaper than the one that Moss has. No idea how they compare for quality.
I am the Moss supplier for the polycarbonate Wind Blocker.
Buy direct - I did! (Before Tim took over)
Works great - and eliminates that terrible "is my hat blowing off" feeling!
Neat! How does it work? Does it clip into the bracket for the tonneau rail? I assume you can't put your tonneau cover on if you have the windblocker in place - true?

Yes it fits into the rail pockets.
You cannot put the cover all the way on, it must stow around the brackets.
However, you can, if you choose, to cut slits in the cover... not me.
I like the windblocker for all the reasons already stated.
I also installed a length of pipe insulation under the bottom rail of the windblocker to take up the small distance between the bottom of it and the toneau cover top... Seems more stable that way.
Best,
Rob
I did think about putting snaps on the tonneau, and the windblocker, but havent done so. A strip of velcro might do it too!
I have one. It's very good, but be aware it needs to be removed if putting the top up. Doesn't take long to do that, but you cannot leave it up with the top up, so will have to store it somewhere. And the little "knob" things which screw the vertical metal supports in tight are prone to getting lost. I've lost one of mine. Where do little lost things go, anyway?
I can't believe you guys don't like that scary windblown look everytime you drive, am I a rebel or what? :D
I think someone should design an invisible force-field to surround the cock-pit, or even the car for that matter - so it never becomes soiled! Forget the windblocker, eh! lol!

Actually, if you have the michelotti top (the late model one - 72-80, I think), you CAN put it in the car after putting the top up (put it back in the same way it normally installs). You just can't put the top up WHILE it's installed. At least that's the way it was with mine. In the end, however, I found it more convenient to just stow it in the trunk than to try to put it in the car after putting the top up.
Kelly,
Good to see you posting! Hope the move to Seattle went well, and congrats on the new baby.
I like the price-point of this rear windshield. I'm kinda tempted to buy a welder and make my own uprights, and then play around with mesh materials, like the Moss one has.
