So I got these great new windshield wipers, and I go to swap them out and when I take out the old blade assembly, plug the new one in, I notice it doesn't really lock into the screw piece that well. I looked in the Moss catalog, but it doesn't seem to be there. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong? I should be able to take out the screw assy off the old wiper blsde, snap it into the new wiper blade assy, and screw on the arm. At least, I think so. Any solutions or suggestions?

I thought I had a picture of the screw thing in the new arm to show how it doesn't quite snap in, but I must have forgotten. I can get a photo when I get off work if necessary

Rob, I've never seen a screw on assembly like the one you show, but it does seem that you will have to reuse the screw adaptors with your new blade assemblies.
i've never seen that either. it looks like they are esentially the same though. it looks like the screw assembly piece would pull out like a normal blade pulls off of the arm when being replaced. i guess worst case is buying new arms, but that would suck to have to buy 3 new ones at $16 a piece. maybe a simple modificaiton?
I done a simple modification. I take regualar wiper rubbers and cut in half and then slide into my old metal ones. Just being a cheap skate. Maurice
any chance one of you (or a few?) could post up close pictures of your wipers and wiper arms?
