I'd appreciate some "unbiased" advice! My 1969 MGB was running fine at beginning of summer. I replaced the rear brakes and went to test them and the clutch wouldn't shift into any gear. (Wouldn't you know...) I replaced all clutch components and bled the @#$ thing multiple times. Still not able to get into any gear. Is it still air in the lines? Or, am I so irritated at the clutch that I'm ignoring something obvious...Thanks for any help...

When you were bleeding the system, did you notice if the slave push rod was getting full throw? If it is then you may have a more serious problem in the bell housing. Another thing,if it had been setting up for a long time the clutch plate may be stuck to the flywheel.
I had the same problem, when I first worked on the 77MGB Clutch.
The Master Clutch Cylinder(MCC) had gone out and I replaced both the MCC , SC(Slave Cylinder) and Clutch Hose . No mater how many time I had my son pumping the clutch(10 X Pumps) and telling me he had it to the floor, then open the bleeder valve. After closing the valve and asking him, if it was any better the answer was always "NO".
I am hoping that someone will correct my answer to your problem.
Steps:
1. Have your assistance hold the clutch down for 10Seconds, before telling you to open the SC bleeder Valve.
2. Count 10Seconds then close valve, then tell to take his foot off the clutch.
3. Count 10Seconds, tell assistance to push down the clutch and repeat Step (1., 2., 3.)
4. Until there is a difference(Keep your eyes on the fluid level in MCC, between steps 3. and 1.
