Chris, I had this same problem, as you know. I contacted Broadway and they would do it but aren't cheap, Oregon or Washington may be easier than Idaho and therefore cheaper. I ended up have my wife take the bill of sale, sheriffs Vin form (but no title) into a different DMV office with some other vehicles, ATVs, trailer, etc. Anyway, that time they created an Idaho title no questions asked. So maybe lower your freak flag and try another office.
Totally illogical system for abandoned field and barn finds.

LOL! Rodger, you are hysterical. There are a couple of different paths, but getting a bonafide title would just be easier.
