After a few weeks break I am back at it once more.
This time I am repairing the area adjacent to the master cylinders but the main rot is in the enclosed box sections (again caused by nesting rodents). This is going to be a difficult & time consuming repair.

Boot Sandblasting

I was sufficiently encouraged at the results of the engine bay sandblasting (& since I already had created a huge mess) that I turned my attention to the boot. This seemed to go much slower or maybe the novelty had worn off & I just wanted to get done.
I was also using recycled sand which may not have been as affective 2nd & 3rd time around.
