Ready For Spray
Created on 2008-06-30 17:15:46
So I pretty much got the bugger ready to go. The bodyshell itself is much less rusty than I thought ... I may have to cut my fiberglas patches out and replace them with patch panels, do it right ... the right front fender seems to be where the real rust action happened, and that can be unbolted and recycled.

Anyway, everything is ready to go and I've got it all masked off. Tomorrow a.m. the primer goes on. I've been rethinking my "Irish Shaguar" thing ... sounds so horribly flashy ... maybe I'll just paint the whole thing that nice creamy white I bought. Another pint of it will only set me back $35. And I'll hold onto the green and orange, maybe for a St. Patrick's Day prank or something ... I'm gonna have a tough enough time selling this thing to SWMBO without it looking like a giant rolling flag.

We'll see. More soon!
