Quite A Few Nice Cars Showed This Year. I Wasn't Expecting To Take First Place...But The Ole MGB Managed To Do It Again This Year. The Trophy Was A Glass Pillar With Colored Glass Icons. Shines Real Nice From The Window Sill At Work And A Grand Piece For The Trophy Case.

Wampsville Show 2010

Well The Day Started Out Rather Rainy And Cold, but I waited a little before gathering our stuff and packing the B for its trip to Wampsville. I got there about an hour later then previous years. Couple of the club members were already camped out and I took the normal ribbing for being late. Course I was the one still dry. Needless to say it didn't rain for the rest of the day, but it still stayed in the upper 60's with a good breeze for the rest of the day.
There were only six in class with a very nice austin healey, my friends Rick & Terry with her 71B and Bob with his 53 TD. There was a Pantera in class with a 428 and a Triumph who i've gone against before. Knowing how they judge at the show I expected to be 3rd at best...probably fourth place. I was quite surprised when the announced my name for First Place. First, first here in 5 years coming.

Well, Today Was A Wet One. After On & Off Showers & Several Drying Offs Of The Car, It Rained Again & Again Before Judging.... So We Gave Up The Towel & Took Second Place.

As Usuall We Had A Grand Time At EuroCar 2008. Even Had A Couple Of Blokes From England By Perchance Stopped In On There Way West. All In All A Very Nice Day.

The Euro Car Show Takes Place Every Year At Lorenzo State Park.

The Were 200 +/- British Cars On The Show Field.

My Car Took Second Place In Class From 1970 to 1974.

That's My Tent In The Far Left Middle Of The Pic.

Mohican Car Show Wampsville 2007

September 9th. 2007
Wampsville, New York

The Mohican Model A Club Had Their Show Today.
Had A Respectful Turnout Considering The Steady Rain Showers Most Of The Day. My Division Only Had Five Cars.
Even With That Few A Couple Of Austin Healey's Showed Up Just In The Nick Of Time, So I Placed Third As I Did Last Year.
By My Calcs It Should Have Placed 2nd. But I'm Not Complaining.
The Trophy Was A Wooden Carved Pen & Pencil Set.
