I bought the car in August 2011 with the sole intention of hiring the car out through the Classic Car Hire Company for whom I work.

The car has had new leaf springs, alloys and tyres, a new console and I have added a 12v socket for the dummies who cannot read a map.
I also got rid of the old static seat belts and added new inertia belts for ease and comfort.
The car has had five hires to date and I am really pleased with it.
I know its not quite the same as you Guys who love and cherish your MG's but I am really attached and do really love the car...but I believe that if i look after it and keep it looking and running well then I am able to allow many others to have the same experience but without the hassle and expense.
