Almost Done

The car is almost ready to go to the media blaster or what ever we decide to get all the original paint off. HAve run into a couple of fun issues. One being that the back quarter panel on the passenger side was added a while ago and when we sedn it to body and paint they are going to have to work at getting it straight again.

Down To Engine And Electrical

Well I am down to the engine and electrical to take out of the car. Then off to sandblasting and primer. My wife has decided on a BRG and or a tangent or the cream orange for the 1972 year. Let me know if you have any questions about the car.

Well the car is almost gutted all I have left is the electrical and the engine & transmission to take out. what sucks is that it is still sitting on my father in laws trailer and I can't do any of that work until it comes off. So I am stuck do little pieces hear and there. I would love to get that first commented stuff done so I can get it sand blasted and primed.

Just Starting

Well my wife and I were flipping a home in Oreogn City and our next door neighbor had this car sitting next to his gargage. I was talking to him one day and asked him if he would like to sell the trimuph to me. Well to my surpirse he said it was a MGB and he offered it to me for FREE. Yes free all I had to do is get it off his property. As we waited for our body guy to stop and tell me what to do with the car we started looking at what we could do with it. Once the body guy said don't get rid of it take to storage my wife and I came to an agreement. She would agree to all engine mods if she could choose all interior color and options. We agreed. So I started taking apart the car. You can see some of the pictures of the car in resto process.

That's one heck of a project you've got there. I'm curious to know what condition the underside is in.
A case of 'whatch this space!'
