Background

I am the original owner of a a 1980 LE. I bought it originally in Florida and had great fun with it until I moved to Colorado. I've turned the odometer twice. I has about 230K miles on it.
At the end of the warranty period I tinkered with it.
It currently has the following modifications:
Bored out 0.01 inches
Flat topped pistons
Shaved heads
3/4 race Isky cam
Tuned pipes
Edlebrock water injection.
The car has been in my garage in Colorado since 1991 and hasn't been on the road since it is impossible to pass the emmissions test. That has recently changed since Colorado Springs has cleaned up the air enough to eliminate the requirement.
I am looking to turn it into a V6 monster.
