Wow it has been a long time since I have been here! I got about 1000 dollars and lots of good spares out of the 1974 but it is gone. The junk man wont crush it because alot people ask him about it. It is sitting on the top of a pile right next the interstate. I have the orange one now. The pics are in front of my bros speed shop (215-332-1463) with my nephfew and his whip. He is now back from his second tour of duty and now a civilian. The other pic is of my younger nephew and I crusin around.

He is way bigger than Uncle Brian

Well I listed it on ebay and couldn't even get the minimum bid of 200.00. Broke my heart. So I got busy and took it apart. I kept all the good stuff and have sold the parts for over 300.00 and still counting. This will not be my last MG.

What A Great Summer

this car runs great. it looks bad but it is so much fun to drive. This thing handles really tight with all the suspension upgrades. I had to put a new clutch in but I can take this motor in and out in the dark. I have the car up on jackstands to do some winter work. There are several seals that need to be repaired. Good news is I dont think the engine has to come out although there will be some major disassembly. I did get to give my nephew a ride in it when he was home on leave. He is a corpman in the us navy. My whole family is proud of him.

Distributor Rebuild

I had the car running but it was not real good yet. So I did a little research and came up with an "expert" who would refurbish my distributor and adjust the weights for my paticular application.Well 100 dollars later and it is quite the differance. The car now climbs throughthe RPM range real smooth . I am going to put in a pic of my Bro's car. It is a 1970 Olds W-30 442 station wagon! This car is a rare car.The other car is his Magnum YEA it has a HEMI.

I completed the front end see previous entry under comments. I am still learning how to use this journal. I got this really cool valance for the front. It is fiberglass and has a big hunk of rubber that goes on the bottom but the rubber is Not shown in picture. It needs to be glued to the bottom.
