I am a senior that has had a number of MG's over the years- wish I still had the 2 1952TD's! Since 1995 I have been racing a yellow 1967 MGB GT in vintage sports car club of america road courses- Great Fun! My son is and will contiue racing it. I recently purchased the 1971 roadster and hope to have it restored for next summer. The car was purchased in February of 1972 and has always been in Colorado Springs Colorado-rust free!

The above MGB has fender nameplates that say "250000 MGB SPECIAL" The serial # is 250665. Hope some one can provide information on the meaning and qty producted etc.
