Welding Couple Spots On Passenger Wing.

Posted on: Monday April 30, 2012

A couple welds alittle spatter forgot the gas

I first re-welded a bracket on the under carrage on our 1990's Ford Garden tractor. Since I had the MIG welder set up I decided to weld up the holes on the front wing, I didn't get all the holes welded, had track practice so I fixed the ones near the head light. I will have to finnish another day.

It looks straight now, just need to do some rust removal with the wire wheel. My father suggested after reading my journal that I update my picture, I guess that is my next th...

I Am Now Removing Paint!

Posted on: Friday November 11, 2011

I spent 4hrs removing paint with a 80 grit sandpaper on my black and decker orbital hand sander, when my hands were tired switched to an electric hand drill with a paint remover disc pad. I did run into some bondo on the passenger side rear quarter panel, I knew it was already there when I bought the car. Removed old bondo, might try alittle more body work to the area. I also removed the boot lock and removed quite abit of paint on the boot lid. I like sanding its kinda a relaxing thing to d...
