The frame is almost complete, the only thing left to do is to install the exhaust system and floorboards. I have finished the seats, heater assembly, wiper motor, radiator and have purchased a new master cylinder. Now waiting on the body shop and hope to have the body and frame reunited by the end of the year.

I have made a lot of progress since last April. I finally came up with the money to get the body work done, so things are once again moving along. * Pulled the body off and got started on restoring the frame. Unfortunately, the quote from my local British car shop was out of my budget. Adding to that, I lost my workspace (a rented garage at a friend of my brother's), so I have made no progress on the car itself since my last update. On the plus side, the engine has been completely rebuilt and the engine/transmission are both ready to drop in as soon as I have something to drop it into.

Door sills and posts are finished but repairs to the fender doglegs have stalled out. To date, I have been able to work with a cheap Century welder, but after purchasing a brand new Miller-matic I found the problem was with my welding skills. Yesterday I towed the car to a local shop and am having them give me a quote to do the finish body work and primer it. Depending on the cost, I may also have them paint it. I dropped the engine off at the mechanic's and with any luck I'll have the chassi...
