I had to work hard to fit this drive train in the early (low bonnet) MGA with no modifications to the body, and no modifications to the firewall Here are the parts I made the choice to use over others, to make the drive train as small as possible: -Camaro RWD 3.4l upper plenum and throttle body (lowest choice for bonnet clearance) -Gen II FWD Timing cover, harmonic balancer, water pump, serpentine tensioner (thinnest choice, allows drivetrain to move forward, clearing firewall and frame mem...

I have a 60+ page word processed document detailing the conversion, supported by two or three DVDs full of pictures. My log is NOT a how to, but rather a record. I had several false starts. For instance, I started with a RWD timing cover and changed to a FWD timing cover. I tried 3 different bell housings, 2 different intake manifolds, etc. If you are interested in access to either the text or image files, drop me a line!
