A little bit about myself ...
I love my family, freedom and life in general. I enjoy toys as much as any other guy over 40 and recently acquired this MGB. During my early college days, I owned a 1970 Midget, but it was too expensive to keep up with at the time so I traded it. I got an opportunity to go back to college to earn a second masters and decided to try my hand at renovating a classic roadster. I purchased this vehicle, June 25, 2007 on ebay from a gentleman in Seattle. An evaluation of the vehicle was performed by the techs at Motorhead LTD and the shop owner presented me a long list of "gigs" that needed to be worked off. He kindly recommended a basic set of tools and equipment to acquire. Soon...armed with sockets, wrenches, jack stands and a Haynes manual, I began working my way through the car to make it safe and dependable. I am attempting to keep the car somewhat close to original. All in all, I'm having a great time learning about the car, how to repair and maintain the 'ol girl properly.
