I am a retired high school art teacher and illustrator. I was president of the Houston MG Car Club for 2009-2010 and now am the Events Coordinator. I am married with two grown sons. I have had many British sports cars over the years, including two Austin-Healeys, one Sunbeam Alpine, one Triumph Spitfire and now on my third MBG. I am obviously a slow learner. Really slow, I now own a fourth MGB, a GT which I am doing a full restoration on. I went to England in 1994 with Gary Watson to film "Inside the Octagon". I had the pleasure of meeting John Thornley, Jean Kimber Cook and Wilkie Wilkinson among other MG figures. It was a once in a lifetime experience. My notes and memorabilia from the trip are now in the archives at Watkins Glen.
