Despite one flat it was a fine day with three MGs on a day trip to a Hill Climb race.

Had a great time in Breckenridge, if you are on the fence about going to a national MG convention by all means decide to go. The two I've attended have been superb. My hat is tipped to the volunteers who do so much to keep our hobby alive. Next summer we will be driving our B to Canada for MG 2010.

Started with a hearty Waffle House breakfast that servrd as the meeting place for 11 lbcs to head west from Winston-Salem on 421 to Wilkesboro. The fall foliage was near peak and the skys were very clear from rain the previous day. The twisty segment began on Hgwy 16 north to Glendale Springs, NC. The merry group took a necessary stop at the gift shop near the famous Chaple with the frescoes. Next we motored to Jefferson, NC and climbed to the top of Mt.
