Delay On 74B

I have encountered a slight delay in the MGB project caused by a friend offering me a 69 triumph GT6 for a very good price, if I would haul it away from the shed where it sat since 1986. I will either sell it or restore it some day but it took a lot of time to get it running just to see if the engine was solid.

Having two equally bad carcasses left me with some decisions to be made. I stripped bothe the 74 and the 75 down to just the rolling chassis. I found them both needing interior panal replacement but the 74 had more rust so I first thought Iwould build up the 75. Maybe with chrome bumbers off of the 74. On closer inspection, I saw that the same panals needed replaced on both so it was going to be the same work and expense no matter which car I chose. No brainer--I went for the 74. Well , a good friend from another state made me an offer that I couldn't refuse, so I sold My MGB LE. I had just been offerred a TD that is in two different barns and it has always been my dream to own and rebuild a TD. Well then there was a delay in getting the TD parts and I Was offerred two basket cases.
